Hey y’all, I’m Mary, a NASM-certified personal trainer as well as a flexibility, contortion, and pole coach. I believe that any movement practice–whether strength training, flexibility, or dance–should be joyful and guided by what makes YOU want to move.

With over twenty years of dance education and training, more than a decade of experience in the pole industry, and six years as a personal trainer, I’ve got a long history as a performing artist and coach. I have trained pole dancers preparing for competitions, athletes transitioning out of physical therapy, and parents who simply want to keep up with their children.
In my coaching, I prioritize body neutrality and alignment with the principles of health at every size. I hold a trauma-informed personal training certification, which enables me to better support my clients from a more holistic perspective.

Let’s work together on your strength, flexibility, or contortion goals! All in-person sessions are 60 minutes.
Single session: $115
4-pack: $440 ($110/session)
8-pack: $840 ($105/session)
16-pack: $1600 ($100/session)
**$15 of every session goes to Rain City Fit
Clients who have an active pack of 1:1 training sessions receive a 20% discount on custom monthly programming.
Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or text) at least 24 hours before a scheduled session.
Sessions from a four-pack must be scheduled within 45 days of purchase. Sessions from an eight-pack must be scheduled within 90 days, and 16-packs must be scheduled within 180 days.

If you struggle with consistency and need more accountability throughout the week, this is the option for you.
Clients on a custom monthly plan begin with a 30-minute onboarding call, receive a custom training program, and have the option to message and/or send form videos for review at any time. Every week, you’ll complete a check-in form, and clients on this plan may schedule a 15-minute check-in call with me each month.
*This option requires a three-month minimum commitment. Clients who have an active pack of 1:1 training sessions receive a 20% discount on custom monthly programming.

Strategy consults are $200 for 60-minutes, and you may send follow-up emails for seven days after our meeting.
